I view the consultation as a space of mutual exchange and learning. I’ll offer my interpretation while staying respectful of your philosophical and/or spiritual grounding. I assume that each person I work with brings their own intuition, memories, experiences, and wisdom to the session.

No prior experience with astrology or tarot is assumed or needed to receive a reading. Questions, curiosity, humor, and dialogue are appreciated and encouraged in session!

Nope! A birth chart reading can be done without an exact birth time, however not having one will impact what we can reliably say about things like timing and placements of some chart points like the Moon and the Ascendant/rising sign.

Horary readings don’t need to take birth data into consideration at all and are a great option for folks who don’t have access to theirs. (This is actually how astrology was practiced for many hundreds of years before recorded birth times were common!)

Horary is a very powerful technique that can handle just about any situation life throws at you. If you don’t have a clear question in mind, you can always describe your situation to me and I can help guide you to the best way to form a horary question during your intake process.

Sometimes there are questions I may request to re-frame, usually because it’s worded in a way that is too broad or ambiguous for a horary reading.

There are also questions I may choose not to accept on principle. If payment has already been submitted in this situation, you will receive a full refund.

My calendar availability is shared 6 weeks in advance. My busiest season tends to be December/January, so I’d plan to book 3-4 weeks in advance during those months.

Sometimes! Depending on my overall capacity, I occasionally can offer compatibility readings for romantic, platonic, colleague, and family relationships. The sessions last for 2 hours and are priced at $249 per person, for up to 3 people.

Relationships can be a theme for discussion in individual birth chart or horary readings. In these instances, I’ll focus on talking with you about the relationship from your perspective and using only your chart.

I integrate a variety of techniques in my analyses to take a holistic approach to timing. The major techniques I use for forecasting with natal astrology are solar returns, secondary progressions, and transits.

For horary readings, a client may request information about timing. However, a horary chart only reliably reveals timing where there are clear indications that a matter can come about and where the client has standing to receive such information.

Services must be paid in full prior to the delivery of services.

Late Policy: If you’re going to be a few minutes late, please send me an email. If you request we begin the session late, the session will still run until your scheduled end time.

‍

No-Show: I wait 15 minutes from the start of the session for clients to arrive at their scheduled appointments. I’ll attempt to reach out, then will consider it a no-show appointment if you haven't arrived after 15 minutes. The remainder of your appointment time will be forfeited and your payment will not be refunded.

Rescheduling and Cancellation: Clients may reschedule or cancel online for a full refund with at least 24 hours advance notice. To do so, click the "Change/Cancel Appointment" button in your appointment confirmation email. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time will not be refunded.

Refunds: All sales are final, except in the case of appointments cancelled according to the cancellation policy or in the rare case that Alicia needs to initiate a cancellation.
